Laurentian laminate flooring carries guarantee that covers material and manufacturing defects. This warranty comes into effect from the date of purchase. The original, dated purchase invoice, complete with the distributor's stamp, will need to be submitted.
1/ Wear resistance
Laurentian Laminate guarantees that the laminate surface will remain wear-resistant under normal household use after purchase. Laurentian Laminate will replace or repair the laminate were necessary (excluding labour and installation costs). This guarantee does not apply to products that have been laid contrary to the laying instructions. The worm part of the floor must be clearly recognizable and/or the decorative layer must be completely worn away. The worn surface must measure at least
1 cm squared. Wear and tear to the ends of the elements is not covered by the guarantee.
2/ Resistance to stain
Laurentian laminate flooring resists to stain such red wine, bleach, ketchup, etc...
3/ Resistance to fade
Laurentian laminate flooring will remain colorfast for the duration of the warranty.
Note for the consumer: Please retain your purchase receipt. Where necessary contact your distributor regarding guarantee claims. This guarantee on Laurentian laminate flooring is granted to the distributor from whom you made your original purchase. |
