LAURENTIAN NORTHERN
WOODS EXCLUSIVE
GRADE is a combination of #1 Common grade (30%)
and Select & Better grade (70%). Both stained and
natural finish products in the Northern Woods line
are offered in Exclusive grade. Many consumers
today want their hardwood floor to show some of the
character found naturally in hardwoods such as Oak
and Maple. Exclusive grade results in a floor with a
pleasing natural appearance allowing for a limited
amount of colour variation and character marks.
Since grades are combined in the same planks, the
average length of the Northern Wood Collection
is better than the average lengths in many other
hardwood products.
